RETURN OF GOODS

In accordance with paragraph 19 of the Rules of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania "Regulations on Distance Contracts", the consumer can use the right of refusal and make a return within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the goods purchased in the online store.

The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase to the workshop at Ezermuižas Street 2, Berģi, or to the Omniva parcel machine at 72B Bergu Street, Riga. 

Within 5 working days of receiving the product, the payment will be refunded. Delivery costs are not refundable. 

Please prepare the following information.

• Order number;
• Product name;
• Reason for return.

Please make sure of the following things:

• The product must be in its original packaging and undamaged;
• The product must be unused (without scratches, dirt, etc.);
• The product must be in the same configuration as received.
